Yoga 4 any Age
Yoga 4 any Shape
Yoga 4 ALL!
Namaste. I have been dedicated to my practice of Yoga for approximately 15 years. Originally, I have to admit, I practiced to get a good stretch for my running and other fitness goals. But, after coming back time and time again, Yoga transformed me in to a new person inside and out. I realized it was more than just another workout craze, it was a way of life; an education in patience, self-awareness, acceptance and gratitude. I completed my 200-RYT hour certification through the LifePower Yoga Teacher Training by Jonny Kest in June 2014 and I continue to practice under my fellow instructors and draw inspiration from them daily. My challenging yet gratifying classes are directed toward self-discovery, with a deeper aim of self-realization. I truly believe there is a place for Yoga in everyone’s life and I hope my passion and love for Yoga keep you coming back for more!
After hearing so much about yoga and the great benefits, Tracy decided to give it a shot. Turned out everything she read about yoga was correct. After every class she felt relaxed, rejuvenated, and more in tune with her body. After a few years of on and off practice, Tracy took a class in Belize overlooking the ocean, and everything just clicked. She knew that she wanted to spend the rest of her life sharing the gift of yoga with others.
Once Tracy decided teaching yoga was her passion, she left for Costa Rica for a teacher training program with Marianne Wells Yoga School. During her training, she not only learned about the physical body and how it works in yoga, but she found a mental/spiritual part of the herself and her practice that she didn’t even know existed. She came back from her training with a whole new outlook on life, her purpose for being here, and the way she saw the world around her.
Since receiving her 200 hour teaching certification in 2011, Tracy has registered with the Yoga Alliance and has been continuing to educate herself on all aspects of yoga. She has since received certificates in Pre/Post-Natal Yoga and Kids Yoga from Total Body Yoga in Mundelein, IL. Tracy believes knowledge is a huge part of being a great teacher, and she strives to keep learning by reading books, and attending workshops, seminars, & trainings.
“You must begin from where you are” is a mantra that was passed on to her by her teacher, and she continues to pass it on to others. Tracy believes that regardless of your age, size, or physical ability, if you can breathe, you can do yoga. Yoga is not just a physical practice, it is a way of life. She knows that everything comes one step at a time, and she encourages her students to see it the same way. In every one of Tracy’s classes, she offer modifications, adjustments, and just plain love and light to all her students, letting them discover what it is “they” came looking to find.
In addition to being a yoga instructor, Tracy is a certified Integrative Health Coach and is working on her certificates to be a Nutritional Therapist and Detox Specialist.
In her free time, Tracy enjoys traveling, hiking, scuba diving, and spending time with her husband, daughter, and 2 puppies.

Lorrie has been teaching group fitness and strength training since 2001. She started practicing yoga in 2013 and discovered how wonderful and beneficial yoga is for the mind, body and spirit of all individuals. She became a yoga instructor in 2014 and loves to share her passion for yoga. She also teaches the anatomy and physiology portion of a 200 hour yoga teacher training program. Lorrie continues to study and is influenced by the works of B.K.S. Iyengar, Judith Hanson Lasater and Gabriel Halpern.
I have been practicing yoga and incorporating its philosophy into my life since discovering its benefits in 2004. I originally began taking classes to improve my physical fitness, strength and flexibility. However, I soon found a powerful mentally transforming effect through my daily practice. I have had the privilege to practice with many wonderful and inspiring teachers over the years. In the spring of 2011, I received my 200-hour teacher training through LifePower Yoga. Since then, I have taught a variety of yoga styles, including Hatha, Vinyassa, Hot, Yin, Power and Sculpt. I practice and/or teach each and every day. I am passionate about continuing my education and deepening my knowledge of yoga. I am blessed to have the opportunity to teach so many styles of yoga and to help students to grow physically, mentally and spiritually as they embark on their own personal journeys. My favorite part of yoga is knowing that wherever I am, I can take a class, meet wonderful people and surround myself with a tribe of like-minded people. The yoga community is one of love, acceptance and understanding, and for this, I am eternally grateful!
Tricia began practicing yoga 12 years ago as a means to reduce stress and depression. She discovered that yoga offered a science, a technology and a philosophy for living a more joyful and fulfilled life. As a teacher, Tricia encourages students to explore and experience a deeper sense of self through the practice of yoga. Her classes include a balance of alignment, dynamic movement, meditation and breath work to cultivate more awareness of body, mind and spirit. Tricia became a certified yoga instructor in 2009. She is a certified Hatha Yoga Teacher (Himalayan Institute in Honesdale, PA) and KRI Certified Kundalini Yoga and Meditation Teacher (Kundalini in the Loop with Shakta Kaur).
