All Level Yoga- This class is for all students- beginner or experienced. This class focuses on a safe introduction along with intermediate variations to some of the core hatha yoga poses. Props are encouraged!

Beginner Yoga- No flexibility required! This class is for new students looking for an introduction to yoga or anyone looking to get back to the basics. Click here for new student information

Flow- Looking to make your body stronger and calm your mind? By linking your breath to the vinyasa flow of postures you will build heat in the body and stretch the muscles of the body. Build strength, flexibility and concentration while releasing stress.

Intro to Ashtanga- A modified Primary Series, a set sequence that is the same each week, will be taught. This is a great practice for those looking for a more physically challenging pace.  Connect movement with breath in a dynamic series of postures done with calm focused attention, for strength, flexibility and a quiet mind.

Yin Yoga- This class is for new and experienced students. Yin yoga is a slow-paced practice focusing on the connective tissues of the body. Poses are held lying on the back or seated in a relaxed state for 3 to 5 minutes on average.

Curvy Girl Yoga- Class is designed to meet the needs of more generously sized women. It is designed specifically for anyone who feels they are out of shape or plus size and would like to start yoga in an environment filled with people of similar body shape.

Family Yoga- This class is designed for an adult/child pair. Poses will be explained in a kid friendly way. Be ready to laugh and spend some quality time with your loved one. Children should be age 5 or older. 

Tween Yoga- Yoga class designed for kids ages 8-12. Class is designed to help the student grow their self-confidence and self-discipline. We will teach relaxation techniques so they can learn to redirect nervous or anxious energy into calmness.
